The physical body/emotional body/mind is within the Soul. The Soul is within Spirit. Spirit is within God. Each of these are a ring pass not where the lower frequency has to match the higher frequency to pass through the rings. We are the lower frequency and we surrender to the higher frequency of the Higher Self and this is called ascension.
