1st Kingdom- Rocks. Consciousness is to exist. Form is rock.
2nd Kingdom- Plants. Consciousness is to grow. Form is plants.
3rd Kingdom- Animals. Consciousness is instinct and groups. Form is animals.
4th Kingdom- Humans. Consciousness is self-awareness, groups, and to form teams. Learn to love self and others equally (follow Golden Rule)- shift from fear/ego selfishness to unconditional love. Form is human body.
5th Kingdom- Spiritual Kingdom. Consciousness is all-encompassing love, unity, and presence. Form is light body.
