These chakras anchor consciousness into the physical form and relate to survival, pleasure, vitality, and action.

Theme: Survival, grounding, physical existence

Embodiment? Yes—primary embodiment chakra

Foundation for feeling safe and present in the body.

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
