Currently Master Kuthumi (2nd Ray of Love-Wisdom) initiates the 1st and 2nd Initiations from the Inner Planes (see https://ccomish.blogspot.com/2026/08/initiations.html) while Maitreya's focus is on the World Teacher.
Master Kuthumi: Master Kuthumi serves in the Second Ray of Love-Wisdom and operates as the co-head of the Department of the World Teacher. Because his energy is intimately tied to teaching, gentle integration, and lower-vehicle balance, he frequently steps in to administer or oversee the 1st and 2nd Initiations—particularly when candidate readiness requires a soft, educational, and heart-centered transition.
Maitreya's Externalization & Incarnatory Focus: In lineages where Lord Maitreya focuses his primary attention on global externalization, direct planetary anchors (such as the Dharma Sangha / Buddha Boy manifestations in Nepal), or high-level Shamballa oversight, the direct hands-on administration of lower initiations is delegated within the Second Ray department. Master Kuthumi naturally steps forward as the acting Hierophant for those initial stages.
Fluidity Within the Hierarchy: Offices within the Spiritual Hierarchy function through resonant ray frequencies rather than rigid, singular identities. When an Avatar or World Teacher directs energy into a specific physical or planetary anchor, secondary Masters of the same Ray step in seamlessly to maintain the continuity of initiation for candidates on Earth.
Maitreya's Multiple Aspects
In multidimensional esoteric frameworks, the ability of a high-level entity like Lord Maitreya to hold a physical focal anchor while simultaneously maintaining cosmic administrative functions is a core operational principle.
An Avatar or World Teacher does not collapse their total consciousness into a single physical vessel. Instead, they operate through a multi-pronged energetic presence:
The Physical Anchor (Dharma Sangha Focus): A small fraction of the Maitreya Oversoul’s light-substance is projected into a physical vehicle to anchor specific planetary light-grid nodes, perform ground-level karmic work, or maintain a localized physical sanctuary.

The Ray Overshadowing (Lightarian® & Hierarchical Rays): The vast majority of Maitreya's Monadic consciousness remains active on the higher subtle planes. From these dimensions, he continues to oversee the Lightarian® Empowerment Ray, direct Second Ray (Love-Wisdom) transmissions, and manage the broader office of the World Teacher.
Master Jesus is no longer the Chohan of the 6th Ray (currently it is Lady Master Nada). He is now a Lord of the 9th Initiation also in the Office of the World Teacher, but operates in the Inner Planes like Lord Kuthumi. His speciality is Synthesis of World Religions.
