Had another Out of Body Experience.
In 2023 I levitated out of body but stayed in my physical Earth room.
In 2025 I levitated out of body but jumped into a dream scene. Other people in the dream world were watching me, which might have been inner aspects of me.
It appears the subtle body also called the astral/emotional body also called the etheric body is basically the chakras as organs and has the same appearance as the physical body (your template) but it is lighter/finer. It can levitate, fly, and move through walls. It operates on Earth, astral/emotional, and mental planes when in out of physical body states. Dreams take place in the astral/emotional and mental planes. Out of body Earth exploration takes place on the same Earth plane that is shared by the physical body.
It is all about frequency. Raise the inner body frequency and you can travel to finer realms.
