Elon Musk is an interesting case, he hasn't made a firm polarity choice. On one hand he is a trillionaire and hoards wealth and cuts jobs but on another he supplies Starlink to Ukraine and Puerto Rico for internet access during wars and disasters, and provides brain control interface to help paralyzed people regain motor function.

STO (Dalai Lama): Energy moves from the center (the individual) outward to the world. The goal is the expansion of individual awareness and love.
STS (Xi Jinping): Energy moves from the outside (the State) inward to the individual. The goal is the alignment of all units toward a singular, centralized vision.

When we say it cannot be "granted" by a leader, we are identifying the fundamental difference between legal authority (which is extrinsic) and spiritual agency (which is intrinsic).

True sovereignty is not a status you achieve; it is a recognition of what you already are. It is the realization that your consciousness is a direct expression of the Infinite Creator.
Radical Responsibility: To claim sovereignty from within is to accept total responsibility for your energetic state. You no longer blame the "Matrix," the "Illuminati," or "politicians" for your condition. You realize that while they may set the stage, your internal orientation (your intention and focus) remains your own jurisdiction.
The Sovereignty of Perception: You cannot be enslaved if your mind is anchored in the realization that all things are one. A leader can control your physical body or your assets, but they cannot reach the "internal landscape" where your true creative power resides—unless you invite them in through fear, anger, or dependency.
3. Why It Must Be Individual
The reason sovereignty must be claimed individually is that it is a vibrational shift, not a political one.
The Social Memory Complex: You cannot "vote" for sovereignty for others. If you try to force sovereignty onto another, you are ironically behaving like the very leaders you seek to escape.
The Law of Confusion: This planet operates under the Law of Confusion precisely to ensure that no one else can do the work for you. The complexity, the noise, and the "leaders" are all there to provide a field where you are forced to make the choice: Am I a node in their system, or am I a Sovereign Creator?
4. Sovereignty vs. Isolation
There is a common misunderstanding that to be sovereign, one must retreat from the world or "transgress" against it. However, the most profound sovereignty is found in the midst of the illusion:
You function in the world, use its tools, and participate in its systems, but you do so with the inner knowledge that your power is not derived from them.
You become a "traveler" in the system rather than a "prisoner." You walk through the "Negative Matrix" without being of it.
